Member Account is required in order to participate in our auctions. Registration is Free and Simple! Once you have an account with us, your Login Credentials will allow you to bid on all of our auctions!

 
Please follow the instructions below to create your Free Member Account:
  • Click on the “Register Here” button at the top of our website.
  • Please complete all of the Information Fields requested in order to Create your Online Bidding Account. 
  • Carefully read the “Terms & Conditions” regarding the requirements for participating in the online auctions, and check the box stating your agreement to the Terms stated.
  • Once you have completed all fields and agreed to the “Terms and Conditions,” you will use your Email Address & newly created Password to Login to our site and begin placing those Winning Bids!

Resetting your Password is easy!  Simply click the “Forgot Password?” option on the Member Login page.  Follow the system prompts to reset your password.

Please Note: If you have tried the incorrect password too many times, as a security measure, the system will temporarily lock you out. Please email service@bclauction.com to have us unlock your account.

Click the “My Profile” Button at the top of the auction page & complete the Required Fields to enter your new credit card information.

Please Note: The “Credit Card Billing” Name and Address must perfectly match your Billing Information on your account with the credit card company.

Click the “My Profile” Button at the top of the auction page & complete the Required Fields to enter your new password.

There are several ways to know if you’ve won an item!
 
  • Click the My Items Option near the top of the auction page.
    Here, you may view the status of Items that you are Watching & Bidding on across all of our auctions that you are participating in.  So at a glance, you’ll quickly see every item that you are currently Winning and items that you have been Outbid on!
  • Once the auction has closed, you will immediately receive an emailed Invoice showing the details for every item that you won.  This invoice also includes important Item Pickup Information including the Address and Dates and Times that you may pick up your items.  Please check your spam folder, if you did not receive an Invoice.
  • Click the My Invoices Option near the top of the auction page to view your invoices.  Another great feature under this option is that all of your invoices are kept here for accounting purposes.  No more searching for your past invoices and no more worries about missing an email from us with our notification that you’ve won items. All of your Invoices are stored under this option!

Important Note: If an Invoice is listed as “Pending,” this means that the credit card payment was declined and you must immediately update your credit card in your Account Profile and pay your invoice with a new credit card or contact our office immediately, so that your bidding privileges are not revoked.  Remember that payment is due immediately once the auction closes!  

At 6AM the morning following the close of the auction, your credit card on file will automatically be processed for your purchase, unless you have requested to pay by Cash by emailing us at service@bclauction.com before 6AM.

Please Note: Cash payments receive a 3% discount on the Buyer’s Premium and must be received at the auction site by Noon on the first day of Item Pickup.  Cash payments cannot be accepted after this deadline, as the Collections Team leaves the auction site at Noon.

If you’d like to pay your invoice with a credit card that differs from the one that you have on file, before 6AM following the close of the auction, you may Click the “Pay Invoice” button on your unpaid Invoice and you will have the option to pay with a different credit card.

There are 2 ways that you may search for items on our site.  You may search by a specific descriptive Word, or you may search by a generalized Category.

  • Search by a Specific Word: At the top of our siteif you click the Magnifying Glass Icon , you may enter a search word and the entire auction site will be searched and a list of items that match your descriptive word will populate for you.  
    *This Search Feature will search our entire site of active auctions & create a page for you with the Photos & Descriptions of every Lot that matches your Search Words.
  • Search by Category: You may also search items by Category by clicking the Down Arrow in the Advanced Search box which is located towards the upper left hand side of the page within an auction.  All Categories within that auction will populate for you and when you click on a specific category, all items matching that Category Description will populate on one page for you to easily view.

Know before you Bid! Online Auctions have very short time frames for pickup!  Typically, there are only 2 days allowed for winning buyers to pick up their items. Please carefully review the Terms and Conditions for each auction stating the designated pickup dates and times to ensure that you are available to pick up your items within the stated schedule. 

Please Note: Refunds are not given for items not picked up, so please make arrangements accordingly!  If you are sending someone to pick up items for you, please notify our office with the name of the person who will be picking up your items.

Buyers are Responsible for the Safe Disconnect, Removal and Loading of Items!
It is the Buyer’s Responsibility to safely disconnect and remove all items purchased or hire a qualified contractor.  This includes securing water lines, electrical wires, capping roofs, etc. when necessary. The auction team is not able to help with removal or loading, so please bring the necessary tools and labor needed to secure and load your items.

All Sales are Final!  Please remember that at auction, all items are sold “as is and where is without warranty or representation.”  There are no refunds and no returns.
If you are unsure about the usability of an item that you are interested in, please attend the Public Inspection before placing your bids.  This time  allows you to personally inspect all items up for bid at the auction site.  It’s important to note that we sell thousands of items each week and the descriptions entered for each item are entered with the knowledge that we have been provided by the seller.  We do not guarantee any items.

Bids are binding and cannot be retracted once placed, so please place your bids very carefully!  When placing a bid, as a security measure, the system prompts you to confirm the bid amount that you have entered for the item.  Therefore, if you’ve entered something accidentally, you are given the opportunity to make the correction or cancel the bid before you place it.  Once you have confirmed your bid, there is not a way to retract it, so please place bids carefully.

  • Under the My List Option, you may view the status of Items that you are Watching & Bidding On across All of our auctions that you are participating in.  So at a glance, you’ll quickly see every item that you are currently Winning or have been Outbid on! 
  • Under the My Invoices tab, you may view the Payment Status of your current Invoices, so at a glance, you’ll know if your payment has successfully been processed or if you need to add another form of payment to your Profile so that your payment can process.

    As soon as our auctions close, the Invoice for your purchases immediately appears here for you, as well as all previous invoices, beginning with your 1st auction on this new platform 

  • Under the Profile Option you may Update your Billing or Contact Information & update your Password.

    At the top of our site, Clicking the Magnifying Glass Search Icon allows you to search for Specific Items or Categories of Items
    *This Search Feature will search our entire site of active auctions & create a page for you with the Photos & Descriptions of every Lot that matches your Search Words.

If you click on the  Auction Info Icon that you see in each auction, you will find all of the information you need regarding the Location of the Auction, Public Inspection & Item Removal Days and Times.

You may place bids one at a time, or you may enter several bids on each page, then scroll to the bottom of the page & click the Submit Bids button to submit all of your bids at once.  You also have the option to place a Max Bid for your convenience, which means that the software system will automatically place bids on your behalf, when you are outbid.  Once your Max Bid is not high enough to hold the winning position for that item, you will receive an email alert notifying that you’ve been Outbid.

When the last lot of an auction ends, you will receive an Invoice showing all of the items that you won, along with all of the important information regarding the Payment Tems & the Dates for Item Removal.
