*This is a Staggered & Dynamic Closing Auction!Lots begin Closing at 8 PM CST in increments of 3 per minute, beginning on Page 1 of the Auction Catalog, until all lots have closed.
If a bid takes place on an item during the final 60 seconds before it closes, the bidding timer for that item will extend by 5 minutes until there is not longer participation on that item for 60 seconds of the countdown timer..

*This is your time to personally inspect the items for condition, accuracy, color, size, usability, etc. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” without warranty or representation of any kind.
2 Day Item Removal Schedule:
Day 1 TBA from 10AM-4PM CST
Day 2 TBA from 9AM-3PM CST
*Everything must be removed by 3 PM on Second Day or it will be considered abandoned without recourse or refund. Sorry, but we lose access to the site at 3 PM!
Safe Item Removal Requirements for Tools & Labor Needed:
*You are responsible for bringing the Tools & Labor required to safely remove your items!
The Insurance Company for BCL Auction does not allow our staff to assist for liability purposes. Sorry!

Instructions to Request Shipping Preparation or Shuttle Service:
If you are interested in having an item from this auction shipped to you or shuttled to our facility in St. Louis, MO, please email terrence@bclauction.clom our Logistics Operator, by 11 AM on Day 1 to request service.
Shipping Preparation: For a quoted fee, we will prepare and package your items for a carrier that you will schedule and pay directly. You must email the Bill of Lading to Terrence and schedule the pickup of your item by the carrier that you select.
Chemical Handling Exclusion:
Chemicals are not allowed to be shipped and cannot be shuttled by BCL Auction, so the winning bidder must make arrangements for pickup of any type of chemicals purchased..
Payment Terms: The credit card on file will be processed at 6AM on the morning following the close of the auction, unless you following the Cash Payment instructions below:
Cash Payment Requests: If you would like to pay by Cash, you must email peggy@bclauction.com by 6AM with your Bidder Number, Name and the words “Cash Request,” in the Subject Line of your Email. Please Note: You must arrive at the auction site by 12PM on Day 1 with payment, or your credit card will be processed.
Declined Credit Cards & Late Cash Payments:
If your invoice is not paid in full by 12PM on Day 1, you will be charged a $25.00 late payment fee. If your invoice is not paid by 4PM, your bidding privileges will be revoked from participating in future auctions.
Buyer’s Premium of 18% is in effect for this auction:
An 18% premium will be added to your Final Purchase Total on your Invoice. If you pay by Cash and follow the instructions above regarding Cash Payments, the Buyer’s Premium is reduced to 15% on your purchase.
Sales tax will be collected. If your purchase qualifies for resale, you must email your Resale Number and a copy of your Resale Certificate to peggy@bclauction.com in order to have the sales tax removed from your invoice total.
