CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AUCTION

AUCTION DATE: December 29, 2009 at 7 PM CST!
REMOVAL: Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Buyer is responsible for all tools and labor required or removal or for making arrangements with a freight company. BCL does not pack or ship items.  Please insure that anyone picking up items on your behalf has the paid receipt in their possession.

IMPORTANT The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchaser, items not paid for and/or not removed within the published removal dates and times. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal collection, transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase.
If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $110.00.

PAYMENT FORMS: Cash, Certified Funds and Credit Cards accepted.
NOTE: Credit Card purchases will access a 3% processing fee.

SELLER RIGHTS: Occasionally, Sellers may withdraw an item from an event prior to the Auction. BCL assumes no liability or responsibility for decisions made by the Seller to withdraw items.

<WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS and with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate, but are not guaranteed. Public inspections are open to all interested parties for a complete examination of the assets. If you are uncertain of the condition or use of an item, please bid accordingly.

BUYER’S LIABILITY PERTAINING TO DAMAGE: Buyer is responsible for the expense incurred for any damage which may have been caused to the Seller’s assets or property, by the buyer, during the preview or during the removal process. Buyer understands that the credit card on file will be charged for any such expenses incurred.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add, remove, split or combine lots presented, add minimum bids, reserve prices, change closing times, inspection times, removal times, cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule any individual item(s) and/ or auction event.

LIABILITY: Auctioneers and Sellers liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price.
The above-stated terms and conditions cannot be altered except in writing by the Auctioneer.
